"I received my first shipment of baked goods this afternoon. Of course I couldn't resist trying one item, a Ring Ting cupcake, as soon as I opened the box. Absolutely wonderful!! I have never tasted a gluten free bakery product that had the same texture as regular wheat flour bakery products. I sometimes make my own baked goods but no recipe that I've used comes out with the light and fluffy texture that Shabtai products have. I was also surprised at how much you get for your money. I will certainly order more from Shabtai, and with no shipping in the US, it's worth every penny for their delicious products.
